Thailand is a place that someone should surely visit, and its always well known for its paradise-like atmosphere and the tourist spots there are fascinating. One of them i can explain well is the Koh Phi Phi islands, which are a part of the Thai Heaven.

Koh Phi Phi is a beautiful island located in Thailand, between the large island of Phuket and western Andaman sea-coast of the main land. Phi phi island retains much of its original beauty and they are some of the sweetest in the south-east Asia.

Koh Phi Phi don, the largest and the only populated island, is a beautiful place to visit and a must visit place for every traveller to visit atleast once in their lifetime. Major development of Phi phi don is situated in or around Tonsi village, which is on low, sandy isthmus which joins two hilly spurs that comprise rest of island. Moreover there are other quiter resorts on the long beach, Laem tong and other less accessible areas of the island. They are good activities in Phi phi islands like Snorkelling spots which is like being on a fantasy planet. With one of the world abundant coral reef systems, the locations and sites are both plentiful and astounding.

Maya bay is one of sure place to visit and it has clear water but one can enter the boat from November to April. Stunning coral and fish are seen by thousands who arrive on different holiday trips and its a very busy island, full of inhabitants and tourists. This place is best visited in the morning early time, or late afternoon.

There are a few more islands like Pi Leh Bay which is situated on the opposite side of Phi Phi. Flat calm water suits inside with some awesome snorkelling.

Bambo island is just 5 k.m. from the North end tip of Phi Phi don. It has some beautiful beaches all the way around that give way to the coral underworld. Next to Bambo island, its Musquito island. Snorkelling is best along the east side, however the majority of the coral is a bit deeper here. So its more of a scuba diving spot.

Kathmandu is situated in Kathmandu valley which contains two other cities . Kathmandu is a beautiful place surrounded with green hills and residing over all time snow covered mountains . It has some fascinating places with some good holy places , attraction for both hindus and buddist worshippers . In favour to the visitors Kathmandu provides sophisticated accomodation which suits all class people at Hotels in Kathmandu. There are several good places to see in and around Kathmandu like Bhaktapur , lalitpur , Kasthamandap lumbini . The Kathmandu valley is fertile , flat and compact that is situated at an altitude of 1200 to 1500 m it means around 4000 to 5000 ft . Valley is small covering an area of only 570 sq km . Inspite of its small size there are a record world heritage sites declared by the UNESCO.

To satisfy the visitors who come from different places , Kathmandu has some good places to visit like temple of Pashupathinath which is Nepals holiest hindu pilgrimage site and dedicated to lord shiva who is one of the supreme god in the hindu religion . The other name of lord shiva is pashupathi. Temples of pashupathi nath straddle the now polluted bagmatic sites which like the ganges.

To quit out of our life and to be cremated here is to released from samsara which means cycles of rebirth in this world . The next place to visit is national museum which is located on the way to swayabhunath hill is most famous among the local people of Kathmandu. Along with ancient artifacts it also holds interesting mementor of recent kings and used fire arms. The collection of coins in the complex includes coins of second century b.c.

To fascinate the people there is jawalakhel zoo which contains fine samples of himalayan animal species. Visitors who face problem by starring the one horned rhino and royal bengal tiger in the wild will not face any further problem while starring then close up at this zoo.

A foreigner or any Indian tourist might like to go to this place when you are travelling, as this is one of the best attraction in Rajasthan state. Mount abu is an hill station located in Rajasthan.
Aravalli Range which is seen in Rajasthan, has its highest peak located in Mount Abu.

Chauhan kingdom had ruled this place. Mount Abu is located in Sirohi district. Guru Shikhar is the highest peak of the mountain, at a height of 1722 meters above the sea level.
It is very truly regarded to an “oasis in the desert“.
It was an year ago when i had visited this place, and was amazed to see everything there, and its temperature and climate both are entirely different from the surrounding places of Rajasthan and Gujarat.

The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary, located in this region is there since 4 decades and attracting tourists, and Mount Abu is mainly a big land for Jain temples. There is a group of temples called “Dilwara Temples” which are completely sculptured with white marbles. And these structures are standing since 11th and 13th centuries AD. Here are some of the main ones that you will have to visit for sure -

• Vimal Vasahi temple - Oldest temple dedicated to first of the Jain Tirthankaras.
• Lun Vasahi Temple - Built by 2 brothers Vastupal and Tejpal, and this was under Porwal Jain community.
• The Achalgarh fort - This was built 6 centuries ago by Rana Kumbha of Mewar. It has within it a couple of temples Achaleswar Mahadev Temple and the Kantinath Temple.
• Nakki Lake - The most attractive place and water body, and adjacent to this lake, a hill with the famous Toad Rock is located. On the hill, Raghunath Temple and Maharaja Jaipur Palace are also seen.
• Hindu Temples - Apart from the Jain temples, there are hindu temples too in Mount Abu - Adhar Devi Temple, Shri Raghunathji Temple, The Durga temple, Ambika Mata Temple are also present in Mount Abu.

Red Fort is one of the top tourist places in Delhi. Made of Red sandstone, it was built 400 years back by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, who also built the wonder Taj Mahal in Agra. This huge area includes various inner buildings which are been given specific names - Chatta Chowk, Diwan-i-Am, Hayat Baksh Bagh, Diwan-i-Khas, Khas mahal, Rang Mahal, Mumtaz Mahal, Daawat Khana, Swatantra Sangrama Sangrahalaya. The fort has a light and sound show (Rs.50) in the evenings between 7:30 and 9 PM depending on the season.

Humayun’s Tomb is a tourist spot located in South Delhi, near the old Hazrat Nizamuddin station. It is represented as one of the three UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
In the entrance, on the right there is a “tomb of Iza Khan”, in the center is “tomb of Humayun”, and in the South-east corner, there is Barber’s Tomb. Humayun’s Tomb is the first Mughal structure built in Delhi and has still great recognition.

Qutub Complex is another site which is recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is existing from the Slave Dynasty and it has the following important parts - Qutub Minar(72.5 mts. tall), Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, Iron Pillar, Ala-i-Minar, Ala-i-Darwaza, Tomb of Imam Zamin.

Nehru House is also known as ‘Teen Murti Bhavan‘, and is the house for the first Prime Minister of India. Entry is free and people interested in politics and history can have a go there.

India Gate - The great standing monument was built as a memorial for the Indian soldiers who died in World War One, and there is a constant fire burning as an eternal flame for all the Indian Soldiers.

Nehru Park - A beautiful sightseeing place and big park located in South Delhi neighborhood of Chankayapuri. A good attraction place.

International Doll’s Museum - A museum of dolls from all over the country. A great piece of all kind of costume works and various others are seen in this museum.

National Railways Museum - This is a great collection of Indian trains from the past to the present - a worthwhile look into India’s proud railway heritage.

Forgot to add about Lotus temple! One of the best places to visit.
